Re-Launch Strategy
Implemented in a 2 phase process

Phase I – Priority


Board Development is an on-going process of the Re-Launch Plan. Currently, the board is seeking at least 3-5 new board members to provide essential leadership for the organization. Potential candidates will be vetted to determine their interest, skills, and commitments for supporting the YEDF mission. Candidates may be asked to serve on a committee or provide a task to help both parties determine if there is a good fit.


We are pleased with the partnership development initiative and are working hard to increase the number of supporters to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the year-round after-school training. Developing Collaboration with Parents, Schools, Businesses, Colleges/Universities, Organizations and Government Agencies is essential. An organization works more effectively when it has mutually beneficial relationships, built on trust, sharing of knowledge and integration. With the help of partners who have a mutual passion to help at-risk youth, we can expand our ability to serve more youth, parents, and educators through our career exploration, college readiness, and professional development objectives.


Funding development is an on-going effort to ensure funding sustainability is available to provide unique educational opportunities in character development, entrepreneurship, STEM and health care for at-risk-students at an early age.

The goals for the above must be met before Launching Phase II below


Phase II We will:

  1. Obtain Partnership Agreements with Schools
  2. Recruit, Select and Train a Team 18-24 Teachers
  3. Prepare Training Materials for Teachers, Parents, and Students
  4. Conduct Orientations for Parents, Students, Teachers, and Partners
  5. Start Class Room and Exposure Training
